The new apartments will form the second phase of its debut project, HŌM Flats at 28 West.
(GRAND RAPIDS, MI) A year after breaking ground on HŌM Flats at 28 West, Magnus Capital Partners is pleased to announce the approval of the project’s second phase. The expansion will bring 160 additional apartments to the former Studio 28 site. The project is the first major housing investment in the Wyoming Downtown Development District and aims to catalyze local economic growth.
The project brings a mix of studio, one-, two-, and three bedroom affordable apartments to the city and will expand upon the extensive amenities offered in its first phase, which includes an on-site fitness studio, remote work space and a community cafe. In the second phase of the project, residents can expect an indoor dog park, game room, art studio and an indoor / outdoor children’s play area.
