What you can expect by living at HŌM Flats:
HŌM Flats is happy to be a pet friendly community for our residents and their furry friends. Two pets are allowed in each apartment, up to 120 lb. total weight. We do not allow breeds considered to be “aggressive.”
Our communities have several pet-specific amenities to help our residents keep their furry friends happy and healthy. You’ll no longer have to worry about the cost or availability of a groomer with our self-serve dog washing stations, and with a dog park on site, keeping your dog active year-round will be easier than ever before.
Water/Sewer and trash are included in your rent. Tenants are responsible for electric and gas (for heat). We also have ample surface parking available at no charge to tenants or their guests.
Beyond the basics, HŌM Flats has dozens of in-unit and community amenities to bring convenience and community connection to your busy life. Our community amenities include on-site café, remote working spaces, fitness studio, dog park, playground, electric car charing stations, and more.
